Fridtjof Berge is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Antler, the global startup generator and early-stage VC. Antler is building up the next big wave of tech. It has built and invested in more than 300 companies in over 30 industries including AI, robotics, drones, fintech, proptech and healthtech. Over the next few years alone, Antler aims to create hundreds of companies, empowering new founders.

At Antler, Fridtjof works with a team dedicated to enable and invest in the world's most talented people building the defining companies of tomorrow. Antler has offices across 5 continents and most major startup ecosystems such as New York, London, Berlin, Bangalore, Singapore and Sydney.

Prior to Antler, Fridtjof worked with McKinsey & Company, where he supported companies across Northern and Central Europe. His focus was on strategic improvements in energy, retail, consumer goods and financial services industries. He has been part of scaling up startups in the Nordic region, including WhyNot - a leading shoe distributor company in the region, and Legevisitt - a leading medtech company. At Why Not, he was a key contributor to the startup growing over 200% in one year. He also worked for the Global Fashion Group, where he was employee #3 in the newly established marketplace division. 

Fridtjof is based in Singapore, and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in Finance & Venture Capital. In 2016 he received an MBA from Harvard Business School. In 2012, he graduated from Cass Business School with a BSc in Business Studies.
