Crystal Lim-Lange

Crystal Lim-Lange is the CEO and Founder of Forest Wolf, a global pioneer in future-ready skills, leadership, corporate learning, and development for the future of work. It has already trained 400 leaders in Singapore’s Biopharma sectors, with funding from Singapore’s e2i Employability Institute, and is planning an expansion into the Biomedical sector. With Forest Wolf, Crystal travels around the world to advise companies, governments, and educational institutions on the future of work and preparation for the rapid change ahead. 

Crystal is an expert commentary contributor for Channel NewsAsia along themes of human capital and education, and is often referred to as a thought leader. Over the past five years alone, Crystal has personally trained more than 15,000 students, educators and academics, and 3,000+ corporate executives.

 

In 2017, Crystal designed a leadership training programme, called Project Zodiac, with the Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) and the Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturers Steering Committee (BMAC). Project Zodiac targets the talent development throughout the biopharmaceutical sector of Singapore, comprising 15 companies such as Roche, Novartis, GSK, MSD, Pfizer, Abbott etc. Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), Minister Ng Chee Meng has agreed of Project Zodiac’s purpose and encouraged employers to take a look for their employees to take part.

Crystal is also the Regional Lead in S.E. Asia (Strategy and Engagement) for the Hoffman Institute Asia-Pacific, a transformative personal growth retreat. Since 2018, she is also a strategic advisor to the Minerva Project at the university in San Francisco, focused on critical wisdom and global work-study experiences.

Prior to Forest Wolf, Crystal was the founding Director of the Centre for Future-ready Graduates at the University of Singapore which aims to prepare youth for the ever-changing world. 

Crystal has been applauded by experts for taking part in the groundbreaking initiative Roots & Wings, a programme preparing students for the future (6,000 per year), in 2016. She also launched the first-ever Future-ready Index that measures nine domains of Future-readiness.

On the side, she is the Co-Author for Deep Human which teaches skills to facilitate the holistic understanding of the rapidly changing landscape of artificial intelligence and it’s entailed complexities; to develop human social emotional superskills and ensure our human separation to robots. Together with Dr. Gregor Lim-Lange, she has taught more than 20,000 people to prepare for the uncertain and complex world of the future. 


She received her LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Durham in 2001. Her background and career spans investment banking, equity sales, start-ups, education and philanthropy.
